Stranraer have made former Partick Thistle and Albion Rovers striker Mark McGuigan their third signing of the summer.
Blues boss Stephen Aitken brought in Dunfermline pair Andy Stirling and Ryan Thomson earlier this week and McGuigan now joins them at Stair Park.
Stranraer have also re-signed Steven Bell, Jamie Longworth, Craig Malcolm, Craig Pettigrew and Scott Robertson for season 2015/16.
