Aberdeen and Rangers drew 1-1 in Sunday's cinch Premiership match at Pittodrie as the Dons came close to a second win over the Ibrox side this season.
Bojan Miovski gave Barry Robson's side the lead with a fine finish from the edge of the box after 11 minutes but James Tavernier equalised with a stoppage-time penalty.
The teams meet again in the final of the Viaplay Cup on Sunday December 17.
