Team of the Week

Craig Fowler selects his SPFL Team of the Week, with Dumbarton's Dom Thomas the star man after his hat-trick at East Fife...

GK - Vaclav Hladky (St Mirren)
The goalkeeper made a superb triple save in the first half as St Mirren went to Tynecastle and left with a deserved point after a 1-1 draw.

DR - Declan Gallagher (Livingston)
Gallagher was played slightly out of position at right-back but the defender still shone as he was able to completely shut down Jordan Jones in Livingston's 1-0 win over Kilmarnock.

DC - Danny Devine (Dunfermline Athletic)
The centre-back impressed as Dunfermline went to the home of title-chasing Ayr United and left with all three points thanks to a 1-0 win.

DC - Andy Graham (Alloa Athletic)
Graham impressed throughout the 90 minutes and was also on the scoresheet as the Wasps earned a huge victory in the fight for Championship survival with a 2-1 win over Queen of the South.

DL - Carl Tremarco (Inverness CT)
Inverness were able to give themselves a five-point lead in the battle for the final play-off spot thanks to a 1-0 home win over Morton. Left-back Tremarco netted the only goal and was the stand-out player on the day.

MRC - Ewan Henderson (Celtic)
The youngster - brother of ex-Celt Liam Henderson - excelled in Celtic's 4-1 win over Motherwell on Sunday. With the help of the 18-year-old pulling the strings, the reigning champions were able to keep up their 100% domestic record in 2019.

MC - Graeme Shinnie (Aberdeen)
Two goals for the Dons captain helped Derek McInnes' side to maximum points from their trip to St Johnstone as they maintained their superb run of away results.

MLC - Ryan Kent (Rangers)
Though he didn't get on the scoresheet in Rangers' 5-0 rout of Hamilton, the on-loan Liverpool winger was the undoubted star player as the Light Blues blew away their hosts with a storming first-half showing.

FR - Bobby Linn (Arbroath)
Another hat-trick for Linn, who took his tally to 22 goals for the season, as Arbroath moved closer to the Ladbrokes League 1 crown with a 3-2 win over Airdrieonians.

FC - Ross Stewart (Ross County)
Stewart scored two and helped create two others as Ross County came roaring back from a 2-0 half-time deficit to win 4-2 away to Partick Thistle, giving the Jags their first defeat of 2019.

FL - Dom Thomas (Dumbarton)
Bobby Linn wasn't the only League 1 player to grab a hat-trick on Saturday. Dumbarton continued their recent good form, moving up to seventh in the table, with a 4-3 win at East Fife. Not only did Thomas bag three goals, he also created the other Dumbarton goal for Calum Gallagher. He is our star man this week.
