Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace selects his SPFL Team of the Week, with Celtic striker Leigh Griffiths the star man...

GK - Allan McGregor (Rangers)
McGregor made two strong saves in the second half of Rangers' 1-0 win at Ross County. With the score 0-0 at the time, it's hard to imagine the Ibrox side would have earned the three points had it not been for their goalkeeper.

DR - Callum Fordyce (Airdrieonians)
The centre-back was moved out to the right side of defence for Airdrieonians' clash with East Fife and excelled in the 1-0 win. It doesn't matter where the ex-Livingston stopper plays for the Diamonds, he does a job.

DC - Iain Davidson (Raith Rovers)
The veteran was immense as Raith Rovers kept themselves top of Ladbrokes League 1 with a 2-1 home victory over Forfar Athletic.

DC - Jamie McCart (St Johnstone)
McCart continues to sparkle since his January move from Inverness CT and was Saints' star man as they defeated Livingston 1-0 in the Ladbrokes Premiership.

DL - Tommy Robson (Partick Thistle)
Thistle were able to subdue champions-elect Dundee United with a 1-1 draw at Tannadice. The result wasn't enough to lift them from the bottom of the table, but it should give them a shot in the arm ahead of a crucial run-in. Robson was excellent at left-wing-back, continually getting up and down the flank.

MC - Lewis Ferguson (Aberdeen)
Ferguson was involved in everything as Aberdeen defeated Hibs 3-1 at Pittodrie. He played a part in two of the three goals and was the man twice fouled by Steven Whittaker for the pivotal red card.

MC - Scott Martin (Hamilton Academical)
Martin scrapped and battled in the centre of the park as Accies managed to get themselves a massive victory, their second in succession; 1-0 over Kilmarnock.

MC - Scott Banks (Alloa Athletic)
The former Dundee United midfielder, on loan from Crystal Palace, ran the show and notched an assist as Alloa Athletic defeated promotion-chasing Inverness CT 2-0 at the Indodrill.

FC - Leigh Griffiths (Celtic)
The deadly striker looks like he's getting back to his best just in time for Scotland's Euro 2020 push as he battered in a hat-trick to sink St Mirren at the weekend. There is no doubt about it, he is this week's star man.

FC - Lee Miller (Falkirk)
Age is just a number. That's what Falkirk's co-manager proved as he pulled on his boots in the starting XI for the first time since returning to the club. He netted an early goal and held the ball up superbly in the 3-0 triumph over Peterhead.

FC - Mitch Megginson (Cove Rangers)
For the second consecutive week the Cove attacker finds himself in our team. This time it was for a double and an assist in the 3-2 win over Brechin City. He has now scored 12 times in his past nine games and is up to 22 League Two goals for the season.
