Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his Team of the Week, with Hearts hat-trick hero Liam Boyce the star man

GK - Liam Kelly (Motherwell)
A first-half penalty save, amid an impressive showing in general, saw Kelly emerge as the hero from Motherwell's 1-0 victory over St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership.

DR - Lewis Neilson (Falkirk)
The on-loan Dundee United defender was the best player on the park as he impressed on the right side of defence during Falkirk's 2-1 victory over Clyde, which kept them clear at the top of the League 1 table.

DC - Brad Mckay (Inverness CT)
ICT were forced to settle for a point from their trip to Queen of the South, ending their winning run at six games. However, a draw away to Allan Johnston's side isn't to be sniffed at and the visitors were thankful for a solid defensive showing, with Mckay the stand-out, for helping to maintain their unbeaten run.

DC - Ross Graham (Cove Rangers)
Another Dundee United loanee, this one plying his trade in Aberdeen. The youngster strolled through the game as Paul Hartley's men defeated Dumbarton to stay within touching distance of Falkirk at the top of League 1.

DL - Lewis Wilson (Albion Rovers)
The big results in League 2 came near the bottom as both Albion Rovers and Cowdenbeath registered crucial victories to move themselves away from the relegation places. Rovers' was particularly important as they defeated bottom club Brechin City, opening up a nine-point gap. Wilson scored the opener and provided an assist from left-midfield in the 4-2 triumph.

MC - Grant Gillespie (Queen’s Park)
The former Hamilton Accies midfielder mopped up excellently at the base of midfield as Queen's Park continued their charge towards the League 2 title with a 3-1 win at Stenhousemuir.

MC - Stuart Bannigan (Partick Thistle)
Thistle got themselves a one-sided and much-needed victory away to Peterhead on Saturday, winning 3-0 and moving themselves back into the play-off places. Bannigan was the star in the middle of the park, dominating his opponents and giving Thistle the platform in which to play.

AMR - Daniel Armstrong (Raith Rovers)
Two goals from the attacking midfielder had John McGlynn's men in prime position to take all three points with 20 minutes remaining at home to relegation-threatened Arbroath. That they didn't hold on for the win shouldn't be counted against the player.

AMC - Mohamed Elyounoussi (Celtic)
Two goals and a man-of-the-match performance from the Southampton loanee helped Celtic to a crushing 6-0 victory over Livingston at Celtic Park on Saturday.

AML - Ryan Kent (Rangers)
The attacking midfielder was Rangers' most impressive player as Steven Gerrard's side moved closer to an undefeated league season with a 2-1 win over Hibs, including scoring what would prove to be the winning goal.

FC - Liam Boyce (Heart of Midlothian)
Playing in an unfamiliar role behind two central attackers, Boyce took it all in his stride with a hat-trick in Hearts' 6-0 thumping of Alloa Athletic on Friday night. The victory meant Raith and Dundee's failure to win on Saturday crowned Hearts Championship winners. The Northern Irishman is this week’s star man.
