GK - Allan Fleming (East Fife)
East Fife were able to reverse a half-time deficit at home to Albion Rovers in the third round of the SPFL Trust Trophy this past weekend, eventually winning 2-1. They were thankful to Fleming for making an incredible fingertip save when Rovers were 1-0 up.
DEF - Jason Thomson (Kelty Hearts)
Botti Biabi grabbed a double in Kelty's 3-1 victory at Dumbarton but it was Thomson who was the stand-out for Michael Tidser's side, putting in an imperious performance at the back.
DEF - Adam Masson (Raith Rovers)
Rovers dispensed with Northern Irish visitors Cliftonville with three second-half goals at Stark's Park. Masson got the first and received the man-of-the-match award for his efforts. So impressive was the 18-year-old that we're going to make him this week's star man.
DEF - Coll Donaldson (Falkirk)
The SPFL Trust Trophy third round began a week ago with Falkirk upsetting second-tier Ayr United on their own patch. Donaldson was a key part of a resolute defensive showing from John McGlynn's side, who deservedly won 1-0.
MID - Steven Lawless (Partick Thistle)
Although he ended up on the losing side, Lawless was excellent as Partick Thistle slugged it out with Queen of the South at Firhill. Lawless netted his side's first goal and continually tore down the flank as Thistle dominated large parts of the encounter but were let down by defensive frailties in a 3-2 loss.
MID - Lewis Smith (Hamilton Accies)
Accies eventually got safe passage through to the next round after their meeting with Coleraine had to be delayed due to travel problems for the visitors. Smith got the scoring started and provided the second for Dario Zanatta as John Rankin's men survived a few scares to run out 3-1 winners.
MID - Craig McGuffie (Queen of the South)
McGuffie notched a goal and an assist as the cinch League 1 side managed to pull off a shock with that 3-2 win over Championship outfit Partick Thistle.
MID - Declan Glass (Dundee United)
Glass got himself on the scoresheet and pulled the strings in the middle of the park as Dundee United comfortably overcame a much-changed Dunfermline Athletic side with a 3-0 triumph at Tannadice.
MID - Blair Lyons (Montrose)
Montrose won through in an all-League 1 contest as they went to the home of Cove Rangers and advanced to the next round with a 2-0 win. Lyons impressed for the Mo.
FW - Michael McKenna (Arbroath)
We're sticking the No.10 in attack due to the lack of striking options from the third round. McKenna notched two assists for the Red Lichties as they knocked out fellow Championship side Inverness Caledonian Thistle with a 4-2 win at Gayfield.
FW - Barry Hepburn (Queen’s Park)
Welsh side The New Saints are the only non-Scots team left in the competition after their victory over Hibs B. Their countrymen, Bala Town, were easily eliminated at home by Queen's Park. Hepburn created the opener for Jack Turner before putting his side 2-0 up before the break en route to a 3-0 win.
