GK – PJ Morrison (Alloa Athletic)
The goalkeeper kept up his impressive early-season form as Alloa got the better of Kelty Hearts 1-0 at the Indodrill Stadium to remain top of William Hill League 1.
DEF – Marcus Fraser (St Mirren)
St Mirren are up into the top six of the William Hill Premiership after defeating Hearts in Steven Naismith's final match as manager. Fraser was a calming and commanding presence on the right of the back three.
DEF – Blair McKenzie (Montrose)
Montrose had to dig in during their William Hill League 1 clash with Dumbarton as they claimed three points. The result was largely thanks to a terrific defensive display with Kane Hester grabbing the only goal of the game. McKenzie cleared everything which came near him as he deputised in defence. He now has two wins and two clean sheets in his only two league starts this campaign.
DEF – Ben Scarborough (Bonnyrigg Rose)
An excellent shift from the left-back helped Bonnyrigg Rose to a 2-0 victory from their trip to Stirling Albion, a result which moves them into the promotion play-off places in William Hill League 2.
MID – Scott Stewart (Arbroath)
Arbroath finally have a victory in William Hill League 1 after defeating Annan Athletic 2-0 at Gayfield. Stewart was in dominant form, tormenting the away backline and laying on the first goal for Ryan Dow.
MID – Lennon Miller (Motherwell)
Motherwell are into the semi-finals of the Premier Sports Cup after defeating Dundee United 2-1 on Friday night. Miller netted an injury-time penalty from the spot, which was the least he deserved from a performance in which he was routinely the home side's biggest goal threat.
MID – Kieran Inglis (Forfar Athletic)
A top performance from the midfielder helped Forfar to get a much-needed victory in William Hill League 2 as they bettered visitors Stranraer by a 2-1 scoreline.
MID – Iain Wilson (Greenock Morton)
A dominant and industrious performance from the midfielder helped Greenock Morton to defeat Airdrieonians 2-0 in the William Hill Championship.
MID – Liam Newton (East Fife)
We had to find a place for a second left-back in this team after another excellent showing from Newton helped inspire East Fife to a 2-0 triumph over Peterhead in a first-versus-second match-up in William Hill League 2.
FWD – Cyriel Dessers (Rangers)
The Rangers striker was involved in all three goals, including grabbing two for himself, as his side made a winning return to Ibrox for the first time this season with a 3-0 victory over Dundee in the quarter-finals of the Premier Sports Cup.
FWD – Nicolas Kuhn (Celtic)
We don't typically include substitutes and we certainly don't often give them Star Man honours. But how could we opt for anyone else after Kuhn came off the bench with his side trailing 2-1 to Falkirk in the Premier Sports Cup, set up two goals and then scored a further two more?
