DEF – Auston Trusty (Celtic)
The centre-back put in a solid performance as Celtic were able to grind out a 1-0 victory over St. Mirren to keep Martin O'Neill's side in the title hunt.
DEF – Brian Easton (East Fife)
Easton got himself on the scoresheet and put in a confident performance in defence as East Fife won out in the battle of this season's promoted sides in William Hill League 1, defeating Peterhead 2-1.
DEF – Scott Bright (Forfar Athletic)
The young defender put in a tremendous man-marking job on John Robertson as Forfar Athletic shocked William Hill League 2 leaders East Kilbride, winning 1-0 at Station Park.
MID – Lewis Smith (Livingston)
An inductee despite being on the losing team, Smith netted twice and put in an excellent display as Livingston lost 3-2 to Dundee United at Tannadice.
MID – Nico Raskin (Rangers)
Rangers came roaring back from 2-0 down to defeat Falkirk 6-3 on Sunday afternoon. Raskin scored the third goal and was the heart and soul of the comeback with his industrious play from the centre of the park.
MID – Paul Nsio (Raith Rovers)
The midfielder put in arguably his best performance in a Raith Rovers shirt to date, scoring and thoroughly impressing in the centre of midfield as Raith moved closer to safety in the second tier.
MID – Jamie Murphy (Ayr United)
Murphy netted the only goal of the game and stood out with his technical prowess on the flank as Ayr defeated Arbroath 1-0 at Somerset Park to ease any lingering relegation fears.
FWD – Kevin Nisbet (Aberdeen)
The first of three brace-scoring forwards, Nisbet netted twice against his former club and led the line expertly as Aberdeen defeated Hibs 2-0 at Pittodrie to give Stephen Robinson his first win as Dons boss.
FWD – Alex Samuel (Partick Thistle)
This week's Star Man comes from Firhill as Samuel continued his excellent recent form in what's been a tremendous season for the forward, netting twice inside the first half as Partick Thistle beat Dunfermline Athletic 2-0 to remain in the race for automatic promotion from the William Hill Championship.
FWD – Ruari Paton (St Johnstone)
Saints retain their five-point gap at the top of the second tier after beating Airdrieonians 4-0 at McDiarmid Park. January signing Paton scored twice and impressed as the focal point in attack.
