Stranraer boss Stephen Aitken has made Dunfermline midfielder Ryan Thomson his second signing of the summer.
The 24-year-old, who has previously spent time on loan at Albion Rovers, joins East End Park team-mate Andy Stirling at Stair Park for the forthcoming campaign.
Thomson came through the youth ranks at Dunfermline but was one of the many players not offered a contract by new boss Allan Johnston.
