Central defender Chris Townsley has signed a new contract with East Stirlingshire for the 2015/16 campaign.
The 30-year-old former Berwick Rangers and Alloa player has been an important figure for Shire over the past two seasons and boss Craig Tully told the club website: "Chris is a hugely experienced player and it was a key priority for us to keep him for another season."
Meanwhile, Michael Bolochoweckyj (who has agreed a deal with Clyde), Jay Doyle, Graeme MacGregor and Martyn Shields have left Ochilview.
