Kelty Hearts were presented with the cinch League 2 trophy after their 1-1 draw with Forfar Athletic at New Central Park this afternoon.
Kevin Thomson's side secured the title with a 1-0 win against Stenhousemuir at the end of March and are unbeaten at home this season.
Elsewhere in League 2, Edinburgh City will join Forfar Athletic and Annan Athletic in the play-offs after Stenhousemuir lost 3-1 to Stranraer.
