Ability Counts, one of the Celtic FC Foundation’s flagship projects was launched 15 years ago and is designed to support children and people living with a range of both physical and learning disabilities.
The project uses the power of football to provide a sense of belonging, improve physical health, and develop social skills in a safe and inclusive environment.
Jamie is a dedicated and much-loved member of the Ability Counts family.
To reward his hard work, Jamie was invited to a "behind-the-scenes" tour of Celtic Park.
Jamie was stunned when his favourite Celtic player, Auston Trusty, was waiting to spend time with him, chat about the season, and present him with a special memory.
