Round Up of Tuesday's matches in the Viaplay Cup

Group A  
Ayr United top the group after a 2-1 victory over St. Johnstone at McDiarmid Park while Alloa Athletic got the better of Stenhousemuir thanks to a 3-1 win at Ochilview.

Group B  
A Kai Fotheringham goal ensured Dundee United ran out 1-0 winners over Falkirk in Tuesday's live match on Viaplay.  Peterhead welcome The Spartans to Balmoor tomorrow.

Group C  
Livingston were comprehensive 5-0 victors over cinch League 1 side Cove Rangers at the Balmoral Stadium with Stephen Kelly scoring a late double. Highland League side Brechin City ran out 2-1 winners over Clyde. Three sides can still top the group.

Group D  
Kelty Hearts secured their second win of the group stage as they defeated cinch League 2 side Stranraer 2-0. Edinburgh City host Ross County tomorrow.

Group E  
Billy Mckay became Inverness Caledonian Thistle's all-time top goalscorer as he scored his 102nd goal for the club but it wasn't enough as Airdrieonians ran out 3-2 winners in the Highland capital as Nikolay Todorov struck against his old side. Dundee face Dumbarton on Wednesday.

Group F  
Dunfermline went top of Group F after a 3-0 triumph away to Albion Rovers with Craig Wighton among the scorers. The Pars lead the section but have played two more matches than Kilmarnock, who host Raith Rovers on Wednesday night.

Group G  
Queen of the South and East Fife played out a 0-0 draw at Palmerston Park with the cinch League 2 side coming out on top 5-4 on penalty kicks. Ruari Paton scored four goals as Queen's Park thrashed Elgin City 5-0 at Lesser Hampden.

Group H
Premiership St. Mirren left it late to gain a 1-0 win over Cowdenbeath with Toyosi Olusanya scoring in the fifth minute of injury time in Fife. Forfar Athletic continued their perfect record in Group H with a 3-1 triumph over Angus rivals Arbroath. The top two meet in Paisley on Saturday.
