Richard Jensen
A powerful presence in the Aberdeen defence since joining from Gornik Zabrze, Richard Jensen has shown his versatility to play in both a central role as well as on the left of a back three.
The 27-year-old Finland international isn’t afraid to put his body on the line for the cause, endearing himself to the Dons faithful in the process.
While his main job is stopping the opposition from scoring, Jensen is also an asset at attacking set plays. With just two yellow cards to his name this term, he’s also able to keep a calm head in the big moments.
Graeme Shinnie
The Aberdeen captain’s return to Pittodrie was the catalyst for last season’s revival and run to a third-place finish in the cinch Premiership.
Shinnie’s tenacity, determination, and ability to pick a pass sets the tone in the centre of the pitch with other pieces of the midfield fitting around him – from the youthful energy of Connor Barron or the creative skills of Leighton Clarkson.
The 32-year-old found the net in the Quarter-Final win over Ross County and you can be sure that the Reds skipper will put every ounce of energy into Saturday’s match in a bid to lift his first trophy for the club.
Bojan Miovski
One of the cinch Premiership’s leading forwards, Aberdeen’s number nine will be looking forward to another big match at the national stadium.
The Macedonian had fans dreaming in last year’s semi-final when his smart finish gave Aberdeen the lead against Rangers, only for the Ibrox side to come out on top after extra time.
Good in the air and talented with the ball at his feet, Miovski makes clever runs to allow teammates to create goalscoring chances for him but he’s also capable of fashioning opportunities for himself.
Miovski has nine goals in 19 appearances this term and he’d love to reach double figures with another goal at the national stadium.
