Livingston manager John McGlynn reckons it is a case of ‘wait and see’ over the future of striker Marc McNulty following his trial spell at Sheffield United.
The 21-year-old spent a week training with the Blades last month and McGlynn has still to hear if Nigel Clough will follow up his interest with a bid.
McNulty has been with the Lions for five years and they are entitled to a development fee, with McGlynn saying: “Nigel Clough has admired Marc for a long time and was keen on him when he was in charge of Derby. Marc went down and trained for a few days and appears to have done well.
“He was flying when he came back and we will just need to sit tight and see whether he joins our former player Stefan Scougall down there.”
