Stranraer have made 26-year-old former Dunfermline Athletic striker Ryan Wallace their first signing of the summer.
The ex-Raith Rovers, Airdrie and East Fife forward was most recently with Albion Rovers and now makes the move to Stair Park.
Meanwhile, Blue boss Stevie Farrell has been busy re-signing several of his current squad, with skipper Steven Bell, goalkeeper Cammy Belford, defenders David Barron and Scott Robertson, and midfielder Ryan Thomson all putting pen to paper for 2017/18.
