East Fife striker Gareth Wardlaw has returned to training for the first time in nearly two months after being floored by a virus.
The summer signing from Ayr United last played on December 29, however he is now doing some gentle running as he gears up for a comeback next month,
Methil manager Billy Brown said: “Gareth is back doing a bit of running after a period of time when he had very little energy. He has made a good start and hopefully we can step things up and get him back in the first team in the near future.”
