Inverness CT booked their place in the KDM Evolution Trophy Final after defeating Ayr United 2-1 at Somerset Park.
A double from Jordan Alonge cancelled out George Finney's strike as the Highland side secured their place in the final at the expense of the Honest Men.
Scott Kellacher's side will take on either Airdrieonians or Raith Rovers.
