There’s another important weekend of action coming up across the four divisions of the SPFL – here are just four of the games to look out for.

Hearts v Aberdeen - Ladbrokes Premiership
It promises to be quite an occasion at a sold-out Tynecastle on Sunday, live on Sky Sports with a 2.15pm kick-off. Aberdeen are five points clear at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership and are aiming to make it eight wins out of eight. Robbie Neilson's men are third in the table following back-to-back away defeats at Hamilton and Inverness but they have won all three matches at home, scoring nine goals in the process.

Dumbarton v Rangers - Ladbrokes Championship
Rangers have been unstoppable this season, winning six out of six in the Ladbrokes Championship and scoring 22 goals to establish a five-point lead over Falkirk, who have a game in hand. Dumbarton have achieved some notable results under new manager Stephen Aitken this season, beating both St Mirren and Hibernian in August.

Airdrieonians v Ayr United - Ladbrokes League 1
The leading four clubs in Ladbrokes League 1 are separated by just a single point and two of them meet at the Excelsior Stadium on Saturday. Airdrie lost their opening two games but Gary Bollan's men have since racked up four straight victories. Ayr United's only setback was at Albion Rovers on day one and they are joint top with Forfar after beating title favourites Dunfermline 2-0 at East End Park.

Berwick Rangers v Annan Athletic - Ladbrokes League 2
Berwick and Annan are separated only by goal difference ahead of their meeting at Shielfield and trail joint leaders Elgin City and Clyde by two points. With most of the division looking capable of a top-four challenge, both will be aiming to bounce back from away defeats last weekend - Berwick went down 4-1 at Elgin and Annan lost 4-2 at Clyde.
