Rangers defender David Weir is hoping to win his 63rd Scotland cap in Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Norway at Hampden Park.
The 38-year-old, who represented his country at the 1998 World Cup in France, could replace suspended Celtic skipper Stephen McManus in the centre of defence.
He said: "I would be over the moon to play for Scotland again this weekend. All the games are massive at international level and to play in front of a packed Hampden is a very special feeling."
