Youth and experience to the fore again for Livi

Four sign on at Livingston

Livingston have continued with their policy of augmenting youth with experience by re-signing four players from this season’s squad to the club.

Ross Docherty in action for LivingstonWinger Ross Gray, who also had a successful loan spell at Berwick, defender Ross Docherty who played 12 times for the first team and striker Andy Russell who came off the bench to play 7 times, are the home grown youngsters who have put pen to paper on new deals.

Former Hibs, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Morton midfielder Kevin McCann who used his experience to help the Lions for the closing games under John Hughes’ management has also agreed to stay on for another term.

Chief Executive Ged Nixon said, “This deals represent a perfect picture of our club where youngsters will be given their chance alongside the correct experienced players. We are delighted all four players will be with us next season.”
