Dons clinch second with famous win over Celtic | Ladbrokes Premiership 2017/18

Andrew Considine scored the only goal of the game as Aberdeen pulled off the most unlikely of victories to secure 2nd place in the SPFL Ladbrokes Premiership for the fourth season in a row. Only a win for Derek McInnes’ men would guarantee them second spot, but the Dons had lost their last ten games against Celtic and hadn’t taken a point at Celtic Park for the last 14 years, and they faced a Hoops side unbeaten at home domestically since Brendan Rodgers took over. However, Considine struck early in the second half and the Dons held on to clinch a famous win, although Shay Logan was sent off after the final whistle.

Celtic 0-1 Aberdeen, 13/05/2018
