Staggies relegated after being held by Saints | Ladbrokes Premiership 2017/18

Ross County were relegated to the Championship after 6 seasons in the top flights after being held to a 1-1 draw with St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park in the SPFL Ladbrokes Premiership. Nothing but a win would be good enough for Stuart Kettlewell’s men and Craig Curran’s early goal gave them hope. Partick Thistle’s win at Dundee ultimately rendered County’s result meaningless anyway, but their fate was sealed when David Wotherspoon equalised for the Perth Saints in injury time.
