A late header from Nathan Austin handed the advantage to East Fife in the first leg of the League One play-off final against Stirling Albion.
Defender Ross Forsyth put the Binos ahead just before the break with a looping header.
Scott McBride drew his side level midway into the second half, heading home a corner. Austin completed a gritty comeback for the Fifers with one minute to go, getting on the end of a long ball and nodding it past Albion keeper David Crawford.
