Honours even in thrilling cup final dress rehearsal

Alloa and Livingston played out a frantic second half in their Petrofac Training Cup dress rehearsal at Recreation Park. Wasps striker Liam Buchanan opened the scoring on 53 minutes after a neat exchange featuring new signing Michael Chopra. An unfortunate own goal from Ben Gordon drew Livi level. Buchanan netted his second on 73 minutes, firing home from a rebound after his initial shot was saved. Substitute Rory Boulding was in the right place at the right time with two minutes remaining. The striker managed to divert a Craig Sives shot into the net, rescuing a crucial point for the visitors.
