Dundee United overcame a dogged Hibs side on Wednesday night to book their place in the Scottish League Cup semi-finals. The sides were locked at 3-3 after a pulsating 90 minutes. Neither side could find the net in extra time so it took penalties to settle the tie. United keeper Rado Czerniak was the hero, saving the decisive kick from Hibs captain David Gray.
