Don Cowie has left his position as Ross County manager by mutual consent.
The Staggies made the announcement following their 3-1 home defeat to Partick Thistle, a result which sees them sit bottom of the William Hill Championship.
County were relegated following their William Hill Premiership Play-Off Final defeat Livingston in May with the club targeting an immediate return to the top flight.
Chief Executive Steven Ferguson praised Cowie, who took charge in February 2024, for his integrity and helping to develop "both the squad and the culture of the football club."
Ferguson added that the start for Cowie's successor would begin straight away.
