The 24-year-old former Livingston, QPR and Dundee United centre-half put pen to paper ahead of Saturday's Scottish Cup tie at Ayr United.
Co-manager Stuart Kettlewell told the club website: "We identified Coll as a player we feel can add something to our group - we believe by coming here that he can play his part in what we are trying to achieve.”
