Aberdeen have signed defender Alan Tate on loan from Swansea City until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old began his career at Manchester United and had loan spells at Royal Antwerp and Swansea before joining the Swans on a permanent basis in 2004.
He has played close to 300 games for Swansea and was loaned to Leeds United last season before having a brief spell on loan at Yeovil at the beginning of 2013/14.
Dons boss Derek McInnes, who is without injured pair Andy Considine and Clark Robertson and expects fellow defender Michael Hector to return to Reading after the Kilmarnock game, told the club website: "We are pretty short in that department and I'm delighted to bring in someone with Alan's experience.
"While Alan is predominantly a centre-back, he can also play at full-back if required and will go straight into the squad for Sunday."
