Dundee have named Mark McGhee as their new manager following the departure of James McPake on Wednesday after almost three years in charge.
The former Aberdeen and Motherwell boss will be assisted by Simon Rusk - who he recently worked with at Stockport County - and Dave Mackay.
The Dark Blues are 11th in the cinch Premiership, one point ahead of St Johnstone, and face Celtic at Parkhead in their next game on Sunday.
