Livi will now face Ross County or Dundee on Thursday May 22 and Monday May 26 - both games will be live on Sky Sports at 8.00pm.
Meanwhile, East Fife have been promoted to William Hill League 1 following their 1-1 draw with Annan Athletic at Galabank.
Dick Campbell's side were 3-2 up from the first leg and Adam Laaref got the all-important goal after Tommy Goss had given Annan an early lead.
