McAllister voted Player of Month

Peterhead striker Rory McAllister has been voted Ladbrokes League 2 Player of the Month for August.

The 31-year-old became the first player to score 100 league goals in the SPFL era when he netted in the 4-0 win against Albion Rovers on August 11.

McAllister also scored in the 1-1 draw with Queen's Park and the wins over Clyde (1-0) and Stirling Albion (2-0) as the Blue Toon earned 10 points out of 12 last month.
