The 19-year-old has been with the Cherries since the age of 16 and will spend the 2020/21 campaign at Rugby Park.
Killie boss Alex Dyer told the club website: "He’s a young centre-half with a bright future and will add a freshness to the club. I like the look of Zeno and this loan period gives him the opportunity to develop in a first-team environment.”
