Kevin Nisbet scored the only goal as Hibernian beat Heart of Midlothian 1-0 in the Edinburgh derby at Easter Road. The top-six race won't be settled until next weekend, with Livingston still in contention after beating St Johnstone 2-0 at the Tony Macaroni Arena. St Mirren are fifth after losing 5-2 to Rangers at Ibrox. Dundee United moved off the foot of the cinch Premiership at the expense of Ross County thanks to a 2-1 win at Motherwell. Leaders Celtic are at Kilmarnock on Sunday, live on Sky Sports at 12 noon.

Dundee edged a point clear at the top of the cinch Championship after hitting back to draw 3-3 with Morton at the Kilmac Stadium. In-form Inverness CT are just outside the top four after winning 2-1 at bottom club Cove Rangers. Third-placed Partick Thistle drew 1-1 with an Ayr United side just below them in the table and it was also 1-1 between Raith Rovers and Arbroath at Stark's Park.

Dunfermline Athletic secured the cinch League 1 title by thrashing Queen of the South 5-0 at East End Park. It was 2-2 between second-placed Falkirk and Airdrieonians, who are third. Fourth-placed Alloa Athletic beat Kelty Hearts 1-0 at New Central Park and Clyde defeated FC Edinburgh 2-1 at New Douglas Park. Peterhead are five points adrift at the foot of the table after losing 2-1 at Montrose.

Stirling Albion stay nine points clear in cinch League 2 after winning 1-0 at Stenhousemuir and could seal the title at Dumbarton – who were 2-0 winners at Bonnyrigg Rose – on Tuesday. East Fife stay on course for the play-offs after an incredible 8-0 thrashing of Stranraer at Bayview. Third-placed Annan Athletic saw off bottom club Albion Rovers 4-0 at Galabank while Elgin City beat Forfar Athletic 2-0 at Borough Briggs.
