The 21-year-old made a total of 65 appearances for Hibs and scored 12 goals but has now left Easter Road for the Global Energy Stadium.
Shaw made his Ladbrokes Premiership debut for the Staggies as a substitute in Wednesday's 0-0 draw with Heart of Midlothian in Dingwall.
