A spokesperson for the SPFL said: “We warmly welcome the news from the First Minister that League 1 and League 2 clubs can now return to football activity.
“We are already liaising with League 1 and League 2 clubs about their preferred start date and will then publish fixtures to the end of the season.
“Clubs, players and fans have shown admirable patience over the suspension of fixtures and everyone is looking forward to resuming training and games once again."
