The 34-year-old defender has agreed a one-year deal with the Dingwall club, who begin their Premiership campaign at home to Motherwell on Monday August 3.
Tremarco began his career with Tranmere Rovers and had spells with Wrexham and Macclesfield before moving north of the border in 2013.
