Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his SPFL Team of the Week, with Clyde's Ross Cunningham the star man...

GK - Allan Fleming (East Fife)
Albion Rovers are bottom of the table as the only winless side in League 2 but for the third weekend in succession they can count themselves unlucky not to have taken something from the game. On this occasion they were denied by a terrific game from Fleming.

DEF - Ryan Williamson (Falkirk)
A superb run and finish from the full-back saw him single-handedly erase a 1-0 Peterhead lead at crucial juncture in the game just before half-time. His rampaging up the wing was a staple of the match as John McGlynn's side went on to win 3-1.

DEF - Kye Rowles (Heart of Midlothian)
The Australian has impressed since signing for Hearts this summer and did so again in the 4-1 triumph over Dundee United on Sunday. An excellent last-ditch challenge was a particular highlight for the centre-back as United threatened shortly after Barrie McKay made it 2-0.

DEF - Charles Dunne (St Mirren)
St Mirren got their first win in the cinch Premiership with a 1-0 victory over Ross County in Paisley. Dunne mopped up everything at the back to help secure three precious points.

DEF - Greg Taylor (Celtic)
The former Kilmarnock defender sparkled against his old club as Celtic ran riot at Rugby Park on Sunday, scoring three times before the break en route to a 5-0 victory.

MID - Ross Cunningham (Clyde)
For the second week in succession Cunningham makes it into this side. For his second brace we're also giving him the star man award as he moves to the top of the SPFL scoring charts. His latest heroics helped Danny Lennon's men to a 3-0 win over Kelty Hearts as their strong start to the season continues.

MID - Josh Mulligan (Dundee)
Adulation poured out from the Dens Park support for Mulligan after his tremendous showing on Friday night helped Dundee defeat Arbroath 4-2, including grabbing the match-clinching fourth goal in injury time.

MID - Malik Tillman (Rangers)
The Bayern Munich loanee is already looking to be a terrific summer signing. He was at the heart of every threatening Rangers attack in the first half against St Johnstone before his header got them on the scoresheet. From there, the home side cruised to a 4-0 win in the cinch Premiership.

FWD - Austin Samuels (Inverness CT)
The first of our double-scoring forwards comes from the Highland capital. The speedy attacker netted twice in a 4-1 win for Billy Dodds' men, as they took care of Cove Rangers in the cinch Championship.

FWD - John Robertson (FC Edinburgh)
Edinburgh have won two out of two on their travels to begin life in League 1 after defeating Alloa Athletic 4-2 in Clackmannanshire. Robertson produced a double at an important point in the game, overturning an early deficit into a 2-1 lead before the break.

FWD - Declan Byrne (Dumbarton)
The single most impressive result in League 2, if not the entire SPFL, came at The Rock as Dumbarton blew away fellow League 2 title hopefuls Annan Athletic with a 4-0 thumping. Byrne netted the opening two goals as Stevie Farrell's side sit top of the table with a 100% record.
