Dundee have parted company with manager Tony Docherty following the end of the William Hill Premiership campaign.
The Dens Park club defeated St. Johnstone 2-0 on the final day to finish the season in 10th place.
However in a statement, Dundee said "the results of the team have not met the standards expected by the club".
Docherty's coaching team of Stuart Taylor, Alan Combe and Graeme Henderson have all been relieved of their duties with immediate effect.
The club say they intend to restructure their football department.
