Falkikr FC v Celtic FC Scottish Communities LEague Cup Semi-Final Matchday ProgrammeThe Matchday Programme has extensive coverage of both Semi-Finalists including an interview with the Falkirk management team of Steven Pressley, Alex Smith and Stevie Crawford, as well as features on ’keeper Michael McGovern, who started his career at Celtic, Scotland Under 21 cap Thomas Scobbie, midfielder Mark Millar, who scored the winner that knocked holders Rangers out of this season’s competition, as well as an insight into the impressive Falkirk Youth Academy which has now started to bear fruit with a number of youngsters now playing in The Bairns’ first team.  Similarly, the Matchday Programme has interviews with the Celtic boss, Neil Lennon, ’keeper Fraser Forster, full-back Adam Matthews, winger James Forrest, who scored twice in the Hoops Quarter Final victory against Hibernian and Anthony Stokes, who scored in the last round against Hibernian and, of course, played for Falkirk during season 2006/07 and scored when The Bairns defeated Celtic in the Quarter Final of this competition.

The Matchday Programme also has an exclusive interview with the former Falkirk and Celtic goalkeeper, Gordon Marshall, who is now the Goalkeeping Coach at Motherwell.  During his long career, Marshall made four League Cup Semi-Final appearances, three with Celtic and one as a Motherwell player and he also looks back fondly at his time at both clubs.
