The 21-year-old winger has had previous loan spells with Coventry City, Barnsley, Freiburg and Bristol City and now moves to Ibrox for season 2018/19.
Kent told the Rangers website: “I would say I'm an exciting player and I never hold back. I don’t fear getting on the ball. I am hopefully going to bring a lot of excitement to the fans here.”
