Scottish Football League sponsors IRN-BRU have came up with a novel way of backing the game by supplying it with over 1,000 gigantic towels. The soft drink maker has supplied the 30 member clubs with 40 bath towels in their corporate colours of blue and orange for the players to use after their post match bath or shower.
SFL Chief Executive David Longmuir said, “It is another innovative way that IRN-BRU can add value to our game by helping to cut running costs at clubs.”
