Danny Lennon's side were the only winners on Saturday but Ross County stretched their unbeaten league run to 36 games with a 0-0 draw in front of 14,000 fans at Aberdeen.

Motherwell and St Johnstone shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw at Fir Park where Bob McHugh equalised for the hosts after Murray Davidson had given St Johnstone the lead. Steven Hammell of Motherwell and Saints' Rowan Vine were both sent off while Perth defender Dave Mackay saw his penalty saved by Darren Randolph.

It was also 1-1 between Inverness CT and Kilmarnock at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium. Andrew Shinne's opener for Caley Thistle was cancelled out by Manuel Pascali but the home team held on for a point despite Owain Tudur Jones being sent off late on. Danny Racchi missed a penalty for Killie as both teams drew for the second week in a row.
