Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his SPFL Team of the Week, with Hibernian midfielder Josh Campbell the star man...

GK - Craig Gordon (Heart of Midlothian)
The Hearts goalkeeper was in excellent form, as had to be, in Sunday's 3-0 win over Motherwell at Fir Park. The Scotland No 1 made a few eye-catching stops to keep his side ahead before a couple of second-half goals made sure of the points.

DEF - Ryan Strain (St Mirren)
The Australian summer signing was one of many tremendous performers for the Buddies as they handed Celtic their first cinch Premiership victory in a year with a 2-0 win in Paisley.

DEF - Stephen Eze (Queen’s Park)
The Nigerian excelled in the back four for Owen Coyle's side, who continued their terrific start in the second tier with a 2-0 win at Hamilton Accies. The Spiders are now up to third place in the cinch Championship, one point off the top.

DEF - Cristian Montaño (Livingston)
Livingston's rise continued at the weekend as the Colombian left-sided defender once again stood out and grabbed the only goal as the Lions defeated Kilmarnock 1-0 in West Lothian.

MID - Conor O’Keefe (Peterhead)
We begin the stretch of seven players in this edition of Team of the Week who netted a double at the weekend. The winger got both goals in a 2-1 win over Kelty Hearts which moved Peterhead level with their opponents at the bottom of cinch League 1.

MID - Josh Campbell (Hibernian)
Campbell has had a great start to this season and netted twice as Lee Johnson's men came from behind to defeat Aberdeen 3-1 at Easter Road. He is this week's star man.

MID - Cameron Harper (Inverness CT)
Pre-season title favourites Dundee suffered another defeat, with Inverness CT being the latest side to upset the Dens Park club. Harper scored twice in a 3-2 win in the City of Discovery to lift the visitors above their hosts into fourth place.

MID - Ruari Paton (Queen of the South)
Queens popped a pin in FC Edinburgh's bubble at the weekend with a thumping 4-1 win at Palmerston. Paton was instrumental with his two goals from attacking midfield.

MID - Callum Smith (Airdrieonians)
Airdrie bounced back from a heavy defeat to FC Edinburgh by thrashing Clyde 5-0 at the Excelsior Stadium, where Smith bagged himself a brace.

FWD - Antonio Colak (Rangers)
The summer signing continued his hot start to life in Glasgow with a double in the 2-1 win over Dundee United as Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men closed the gap on Celtic to just two points.

FWD - Kane Hester (Elgin City)
And our final two-goal hero comes from cinch League 2 where Elgin played their part in a thrilling 3-3 draw at Stenhousemuir. His second goal in the 70th minute threatened to be the winner before Sean Crighton netted a late equaliser.
