GK - Calum Ferrie (Queen’s Park)
Queen's Park's SPFL Trust Trophy run came to an end in the last 16 but nobody did more to keep them in the competition than their goalkeeper. Ferrie made a string of saves for the Spiders as a Jordan Allan penalty saw cinch League 1 side Falkirk progress to the next stage.
DEF - Scott McGill (Raith Rovers)
The former Hearts youngster impressed at right-back for Raith Rovers as they were able to make it through to the quarter-finals, defeating Montrose 3-1 at Stark's Park. McGill was composed and made good use of the ball for Ian Murray's cinch Championship challengers.
DEF - Finn Yeats (Falkirk)
While Yeats is usually seen in defence, he was tasked with a screening role in front of the backline at the weekend. He took to this role like a duck to water and continues to progress on a weekly basis as Falkirk made the last eight.
DEF - Paul McKay (Queen of the South)
Queen of the South weren't able to make it past cinch Championship opponents Arbroath but McKay gave Queens some steel from his position and he could be an important player as Marvin Bartley's men now aim to move up the cinch League 1 table.
MID - Tiwi Daramola (Kelty Hearts)
The Fife outfit ultimately went down 4-1 to Morton at Cappielow as the cinch Championship team showed their quality but it does nothing to take away from Kelty's display, especially in the first half. During the opening 45, Daramola caused some real issues for Dougie Imrie's side, picking up space down the flank.
MID - Kyle MacDonald (Hamilton Accies)
Accies continued their impressive start to the season by seeing off Lowland League East Kilbride 5-2 away from home. MacDonald scored twice as John Rankin's men netted five away from home for the first time since 2007.
MID - Michael McKenna (Arbroath)
A terrific 90th-minute goal from McKenna was enough to give Arbroath a spot in the last eight as the Red Lichties got the better of Queen of the South. A real talisman for the Gayfield side, McKenna earned his spot in this week's team.
MID - Connor McManus (East Fife)
The New Saints remain the only non-Scots team still in the competition as they edged out East Fife on penalty kicks. The cinch League 2 side put up a brave fight, drawing 2-2 before ultimately going out on penalties after a long trip south. McManus scored, converted from the spot in the shoot-out and impressed throughout.
MID - Glenn Middleton (Dundee United)
cinch Championship leaders Dundee United booked themselves a place in the quarter-finals with a 2-0 victory over Peterhead on Saturday evening in front of the BBC ALBA cameras. Middleton was the danger man for Jim Goodwin's side and netted a free-kick opener to send them on their way.
FWD - Robbie Muirhead (Greenock Morton)
A hat-trick from Muirhead, including a long-range thunderbolt, gave Dougie Imrie's men a much-needed confidence boost with a 4-1 victory over Kelty Hearts. Hat-tricks have been rare this SPFL season thus far, so Muirhead deserves his 'Star Man' status for achieving the feat this past weekend.
FWD - Kieran Shanks (Peterhead)
Though Peterhead ultimately went out to Dundee United at the weekend, they deserve praise for a valiant effort in which they matched their visitors for long spells of the game. Shanks, in particular, put in a power of work in attack and was unlucky not to find the net with the game at 1-0.
