Stenhousemuir manager Stephen Swift has signed striker Thomas Orr from Stranraer and left-back Jamie Mills from Lowland League side BSC Glasgow.
The new Ochilview boss had already brought in BSC Glasgow trio Michael Anderson, Declan Hughes and Ross Lyon, and Alloa Athletic pair Adam Brown and Robert Thomson.
