League 2 champions Albion Rovers have made former East Fife midfielder Scott McBride their second signing of the summer.
The 25-year-old ex-Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath and Raith Rovers player moves to Cliftonhill after spending last season with Arbroath.
Rovers boss Darren Young, who recently snapped up Paul Willis from Berwick Rangers, said: "We were big admirers of Scott last season and he will be a big asset in League 1."
