Alloa held, East Fife beat Livingston

The Wasps were two up through a Fraser Kerr OG and a Jim Goodwin goal but the midfielder was then sent off and Willis Furtado pulled one back before Oli Shaw levelled in stoppage time.

Brechin City are in second spot after hitting back to beat Peterhead 2-1 at Glebe Park with goals from Ally Love and Andy Jackson after Rory McAllister had opened the scoring.

East Fife enjoyed a fine 3-1 win over Livingston at Bayview thanks to a Jamie Insall double and a Chris Kane goal. Josh Mullin pulled one back but Livi had Michael Miller and Alan Lithgow sent off in the closing minutes.

Albion Rovers leapfrogged Lanarkshire rivals Airdrieonians with a 2-0 win at the Excelsior Stadium. Paul Willis and Mark Ferry struck in the first half and the Diamonds had striker Iain Russell sent off after the break.

Stranraer are up to fifth in the table after beating Queen's Park 2-0 at Hampden with goals from Liam Dick and Craig Malcolm. Darren Miller saw red for the Spiders when the score was 1-0.
