Annan Athletic are five points clear at the top of Ladbrokes League 2 after beating Berwick Rangers 1-0 at Galabank on Saturday.
Stuart McColm got the only goal nine minutes from time as John Coughlin's first match in the Berwick dug-out ended in defeat.
East Fife are up to second after a 5-3 win against bottom club East Stirlingshire at Bayview. Nathan Austin grabbed a double and Kyle Wilkie, Jamie Insall and Pat Slattery also scored for Gary Naysmith's team, who had Insall sent off early in the second half.
Ross Gilmour, David McKenna and Reece Donaldson struck for Shire, who finished with nine men after Donaldson and Aaron Lynas were red carded.
Clyde leapfrogged Elgin City with a 4-2 victory at Broadwood to go third in the table. Chris Mitchell, via a defender, Scott Ferguson, David Gormley and Scott Linton scored for the Bully Wee, who had Chris Mitchell dismissed late on. Craig Gunn converted two first-half penalties for Elgin.
Stirling Albion hit back to beat Arbroath 3-1 at Forthbank despite having keeper Chris Smith sent off after an hour. Bobby Linn put the visitors in front but Willie Robertson, Ross Smith and Steven Doris (penalty) turned things round and Arbroath's Ricky Little saw red in stoppage time.
