Brechin City have landed an April awards double after an outstanding finish to their Ladbrokes League 1 campaign.
Darren Dods was voted Manager of the Month and Robert Thomson picked up the Player of the Month prize as Brechin retained their League 1 status. City won four of their five April fixtures - having done the same in March - to complete their great escape from relegation.
Thomson netted four times last month, including a hat-trick in a 5-1 win over Peterhead, to take his tally for the season to 15 league goals.
The Ladbrokes monthly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Month selected for each of the four divisions.
